Dr Marilyn McNair

Dr. M. McNair is a professional educator with over 20 years of educational experience and understands that all children can learn but differently. She understands that students are unique and must have a stimulating education where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Dr. McNair is inspired by Howard Garner’s Multiple Intelligences Theory, where students can embrace their learning potential and learning styles. Education is a lifelong process; where you learn new strategies, new ideas, and new philosophies. Dr. McNair believes that education philosophies change over time, and one continues to grow and learn something new each day.

 

Dr. McNair has an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of North Florida, a master’s degree in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University, and a doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix. 

 

 

Her Background

 

Having served as a case manager, teacher, and administrator, Dr. McNair has the knowledge and expertise to implement successful, efficient, and relevant solutions to evaluate educational needs and challenges in any educational setting. The learning process should include the students, parents, and the community. Dr. McNair understands that every child learns differently while providing assistance to leaders, teachers, and parents in leading their child to his or her full potential. Dr. McNair utilizes data-driven strategies and best practices that improve student’s success and develop a school’s culture with ongoing improvements and sustainability.   Dr. McNair’s passion for learning is fueled by knowledge of managing schools, classroom teaching, training, and professional development.
